Featuring in this post are two images taken during my recent visit to Norah Head Lighthouse.
It is located on the Central Coast region, north of Sydney, New South Wales. The exact address of the lighthouse is 40 Bush Street, Norah Head, NSW 2263. You can search for its location easily on Google Map or on your mobile device. Driving from Sydney takes about reasonably 1 hour and 30 minutes. The lighthouse was built in 1901, opened in 1903. It is now commercially operated as an venue for events such as weddings, ceremonies and celebrations. You can pay to climb to the top of the lighthouse to get a better view of the vicinity.
I am sure this is a perfect location for a love story with romantic twists and suspense.
You can walk down to the rock platform through the stairs adjacent to the lighthouse. Or enjoying the breeze from a distance.
Our visit was on a cloudy day, but overall the colour was fantastic. Both images were taken by the Leica M with Summicron-M 50 mm f/2.0. 50mm is a perfect focal length for almost all occasions. Slight modification has been done on Adobe Lightroom.
