Is there a climate change?

Spring finally arrived this month and the temperature has risen significantly in our southern hemisphere.
Today in the city we have made a record of 27°C. Do you think it is too hot in an early spring?
Our government says human activities, or human produced carbon pollution (carbon emission), have caused the change of climate. Climate change is a long-term process which differs from global warning, according to the information on this government website.
It is no wonder we have to price carbon emission. But to my dismay this issue has been mystified by the politicians.
In fact, if we do not act now, this beautiful earth will sooner be destroyed by our stupidity and selfishness.
