Do you read printed books or ebooks?
Have you ever heard of Project Gutenberg?
Nearly everyone knows that Kindle or iPad is an ebook reader.  But fewer knows Michael S. Hart who founded Project Gutenberg as early as in 1971 transforming written text into the format of electronic books, or ebook.  The website of Project Gutenberg provides more than 35,000 free ebook in various formats to download to platforms such as PC, Mac, Android and Kindle.  All of them are quality classics digitalised by volunteers.
Michael S. Hart passed away on 6 September 2011.  He is a hero who has greatly changed our lives and our way of learning.  Knowledge is available freely to everyone with a simple electronic device like computer or ebook reader.
Hart’s famous quote, attributed to the famous British playwright Benard Shaw, is below:
“Reasonable people adapt themselves to the world. Unreasonable people attempt to adapt the world to themselves.  All progress, therefore, depends on unreasonable people.”
It is no wonder there are so many idiots who do not read and think in this world.
